Bangkok--Oct 25--DTAC United Communication Industry Public Company Limited [the �Company�] would like to announce that the Board of Directors� meeting has acknowledged the resignation of three directors i.e. Mr. Boonchai Bencharongkul, Mr. Vichai Bencharongkul and Mr. Prateep Chirakiti pursuant to the resignation letters dated October 20, 2005 and has approved the appointment of the following persons to serve as new directors of the Company. 1.Mr. Sigve Brekke 2.Mr. Knut Borgen The Board of Directors� meeting has also acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Boonchai Bencharongkul from the position of the Chief Executive Officer pursuant to the resignation letter dated October 20, 2005 and has unanimously appointed Mr. Sigve Brekke as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
